Food Service Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your primary focus will be on serving drinks at the bar and assisting with events in our beautiful setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and memorable service by serving food and beverages to the highest standard.

  • Prepare and serve beverages to perfection, showcasing special drinks and event promotions.

  • Assist with event and conference luncheons, ensuring timely and professional service.

  • Be proactive in creating a welcoming atmosphere that meets every guest's needs and makes them feel special.

  • Work closely with colleagues to provide smooth and efficient service across all F&B outlets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or bar service role is highly valued.

  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

  • Experience with events and conference luncheons would be advantageous.

  • Confident and outgoing individuals who can approach guests confidently and create positive interactions are encouraged to apply.

  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Safety Certification is required.

  • Right to work in Australia is necessary.
