This is an excellent opportunity to work as a teacher in the automotive and marine trimming technology field. The role involves delivering training and assessment for apprentices in the Certificate III in Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on training sessions that bring industry knowledge to life.
- Encourage apprentices to develop essential communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Apply up-to-date training and assessment practices to meet course and learner needs.
- A recognized qualification in a relevant vocational area (degree, diploma, or certificate) at least to the level being delivered and assessed. A Certificate III in Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology is highly regarded.
- Recent, hands-on knowledge and experience in motor vehicle and boat interior trimming.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
