Fire Equipment Technician

As a mobile Maintenance Portable Fire Technician, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests across multiple key contracts. You will maintain Portable Fire Equipment such as Extinguishers, Hose Reels, Blankets etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspection and servicing of Portable Fire systems and equipment (Extinguishers, Blankets, Hoses)
  • Installation of Portable Fire systems and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation of customer quotations & identifying remedial work
  • Maintain and service all Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to AS 1851-2012

Skills & Qualifications

  • White card
  • Drivers License
  • FPAS accreditation (desired, not necessary)
  • Strong experience and understanding of AS1851 and AS2118
