- Key Responsibilities Include:

- Working cross-functionally to bring concepts and ideas to life in support of our breeder, veterinary, and consumer channels.
- Implementation and optimization of digital and direct communications that engage, educate, and retain pet owners, breeders, and veterinarians alike through various mediums such as: emails, texts, social media, blogs, print collateral, and website content authoring.
- Create, manage, and push engaging and relatable content and campaigns for various channels and mediums to increase the amount of loving, responsible pet owners within the Trupanion family.
- Measure the effectiveness, progress, and impact of marketing as they relate to important metrics and company goals.
- Provide reporting and analysis on performance, as well as meaningful insights and recommendations.
