Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to the management team and staff
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including mail, couriers, inductions, and greeting guests and visitors
  • Order stationery, office equipment, kitchen supplies, and amenities as required
  • Manage relationships with external contractors
  • Coordinate office events and activities
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist with company-wide events and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception or administration position
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Highly desirable: SAP and Microsoft experience, business qualification, and valid police check
