Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line support to the management team and staff
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including mail, couriers, inductions, and greeting guests and visitors
- Order stationery, office equipment, kitchen supplies, and amenities as required
- Manage relationships with external contractors
- Coordinate office events and activities
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist with company-wide events and administrative tasks
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception or administration position
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly desirable: SAP and Microsoft experience, business qualification, and valid police check
