Our goal is to make every event shine with top-notch audio-visual support and we work tirelessly to achieve this objective. This role requires an experienced professional who can help us operate and monitor equipment used to transmit and receive video signals for live and recorded broadcasts.

  • Operate and monitor broadcasting equipment, including radio and television transmitters, ensuring seamless signal transmission and reception.
  • Maintain and repair broadcasting equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
  • Set up and operate cameras, adjusting angles and controls to capture high-quality footage during recordings or performances.
  • Install and manage lighting setups for stage and screen productions, ensuring optimal lighting effects and safety standards are met.
  • Construct, repair, and tune musical instruments using specialized tools and craftsmanship techniques, showcasing expertise in music production.
  • Set up microphones and audio systems, managing sound quality through mixing consoles to deliver exceptional audio experiences.
  • Prepare and oversee the use of video editing and recording equipment during productions, ensuring efficient post-production workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • AQF Certificate III with at least one year of experience, or AQF Certificate IV qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in audiovisual technology.
  • Hands-on experience with audiovisual and stage production equipment, showcasing proficiency in operating complex systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills, enabling quick identification and resolution of technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented, especially in makeup and stage prep, ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in live event settings, maintaining composure and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and technical requirements, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with a creative approach to production challenges, fostering a positive and innovative team environment.
