Store Manager Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate and dedicated professionals. Your primary goal is to drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets, key performance indicators, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset. You should have excellent communication and team development skills, as well as the ability to drive sales and manage store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective management of sales teams and implementation of strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in customer service and sales.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Manage rosters and wage costs in line with operational needs.
  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training and high morale.
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on driving sales and managing store performance.
  • Excellent communication and team development skills.
