Job Title: Hostess Team Member

We are seeking energetic and welcoming team members to join our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our establishment.

  • Greet and assist customers with a smile
  • Efficiently enter orders from various sources, including in-person, phone, online, and delivery platforms
  • Rapidly run food and dispatch orders with precision
  • Clear tables and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
  • Assist with bar duties as required
  • Prepare delicious beverages that our customers enjoy
  • Restock supplies to ensure seamless service

We provide comprehensive training for all new staff members, so prior experience is not necessary but is certainly beneficial. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Requirements:
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a current RSA certificate
  • Completed or have the ability to complete an I'm Alert food safety course or nationally recognised food safety certificate
  • Completed or have the ability to complete COVID Safe Work training
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
