Senior Football Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Football Coach to lead our senior men's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong football knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop players both on and off the field.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is committed to driving performance and development across the program, while building a positive, inclusive, and respectful culture within the club.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a clear game plan and training program that aligns with the club's values.
  • Lead and inspire players, coaches, and volunteers to achieve their best.
  • Drive player development through structured coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Oversee team selection and performance reviews.
  • Represent the club at events and build relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Essential:
  • A strong understanding of modern football and the ability to implement innovative strategies.
  • Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

About the Role: As a Senior Football Coach, you will be responsible for leading our senior men's team to success.
