Prouds The Jewellers is a renowned retailer of high-quality and timeless pieces of jewellery.

We are seeking a motivated business-orientated sales professional to lead our store in Broome.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a retail business, the ability to provide exceptional customer service experiences, a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs, demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members to shine and succeed, and a passion for merchandising and stock management in a busy sales environment.

Your responsibilities will include managing and driving the store and team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets, leading by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets, recruiting, training and coaching team members to become top performers, providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control, merchandising to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines, and operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks.
