This is a unique opportunity to join our award-winning legal team as a Senior Corporate Lawyer. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice to the business, working closely with senior executives to drive growth and success.

As part of our high-performing team, you will advise on a wide range of complex commercial matters, including risk management and strategy development. Your expertise will span areas such as competition and marketing, IP/IT, regulatory matters, corporate, and privacy.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least 6-9 years of post-qualification experience as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer. Significant experience in a large, national, or top-tier Australian law firm is required.
  • Ability to work in an advisory capacity, rather than solely transactional, is essential.
  • Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate/commercial, consumer and competition law, privacy/data, digital law is highly valued.
  • You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You will lead the legal team and provide advice across the business.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence, and sharp business acumen are necessary.
  • A motivated and team-focused individual who demonstrates a love of learning and enthusiasm for career progression.
