About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG).

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in VIC, with a competitive salary of $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation, access to a company vehicle, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of internal technicians to provide timely and cost-effective facilities support across the network.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, landlords, and external contractors to deliver day-to-day maintenance outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and improving champion areas, including internal systems, procedures, and policies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in team management, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of building and/or maintenance experience.
  • Experience using maintenance management systems, MS Office Suite, and finance approval platforms.
  • Understanding of building codes and local regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate external contractors effectively.
