About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Project Scheduler to join our team for an ERP implementation project. This is an estimated 18 month to 2 years contract, onsite role.



Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to develop, manage, and monitor project schedules.
  • Establish and track key project milestones, ensuring timely progress reporting.
  • Identify the critical path and report on progress against key objectives.
  • Manage cross-project dependencies and ensure they are properly aligned and addressed.
  • Prepare and review variance reports covering project costs, time, resources, and progress against the plan.
  • Assist project managers in drafting and managing project communications for stakeholders.
  • Create and update detailed project status summary reports.
  • Organise and schedule project meetings, including agenda preparation, catering, minute-taking, and distribution.
  • Support project managers in maintaining risk and issue registers, ensuring all risks are managed to minimise impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage vendor consultant bookings, invoicing, and receipting, ensuring smooth coordination and administration.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Project Scheduler in a large-scale software implementation project.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management (Prince 2, PMBOK preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan and project management tools such as Jira.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Scheduling role within complex projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure.


Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
