Project Officer Overview

The role of a Project Officer QMS encompasses overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System requirements within our portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project reporting processes, ensuring updates align with established standards.
  • Utilize administrative expertise to coordinate tasks, identify insights, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide guidance, and enhance best practices.
  • Manage assigned projects through strategic planning, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide reports on systems and processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proven project coordination and management skills
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated capability in collaboration, data capture, analysis, information presentation, and reporting
