About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker. This is a rewarding community-based role where you will be supported by engaged managers and have ongoing training and development opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to our customers in their homes, assisting with daily living tasks, household domestic assistance, meal preparation, and accompaniment on shopping trips and appointments.
• Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering person-centered care.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent customer outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a background and qualification in community services, or relevant experience in a similar field. You will also demonstrate a great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly, listen and understand what our customers want.
