Job Title: Plumbing Trade Support Specialist

The Role:

As a member of our Trade Counter team, you will provide excellent customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople. Your day-to-day tasks may include
  • providing product information and quotes to customers
  • processing orders and maintaining stock levels
  • helping to keep the branch tidy and safe
  • making deliveries to customers using company vehicles
You should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoy helping customers, and be able to work well as part of a team. You should also be comfortable using computers and learning new systems, have a clean driver's license, and be open to working various shifts, including weekends. Additionally, you should want to develop your career within our company.
