About the Role: Lead Curriculum Developer

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE 1.0)

Employment Status: 12-Month Contract, with possibility of ongoing.

Job Summary: We seek an exceptional leader to shape and deliver our Bible & Christian Studies curriculum across the Secondary space.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with staff, students, and the broader community to develop and implement our curriculum strategy.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and delivering curriculum programs that meet the needs of diverse learners;
  2. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in our curriculum offerings;
  3. Evaluating and refining our curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation;
  • Strong understanding of Christian education principles and values;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
