Your Role

  • Become an expert baker at Banjo's – create delicious breads, pastries, and sweets fresh daily.
  • Collaborate with fellow bakers and the Production Manager to uphold Banjo's high-quality standards in every batch.
  • Adhere to established workplace health and safety practices to ensure a safe environment for you and your colleagues.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, as our stores operate seven days a week, including public holidays, with production hours ranging from early morning to late morning.
