O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking a highly skilled Central Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and ensuring the efficient operation of our AutoGlass service centre network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Scheduling and Productivity: Support multiple AutoGlass service centres in workforce scheduling, with a focus on improving overall productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Accountability and Reporting: Promote accountability for productivity KPIs and provide regular reporting to ensure transparency amongst leaders.
  • Audits and Reviews: Conduct audits and reviews of productivity and scheduling to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and support the development of action plans to address these areas.
  • ADHOC Scheduling and Systems Enquiries: Manage ADHOC scheduling and systems enquiries from the service centre network.
Requirements
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
