Job Overview:

As a senior maintenance leader, you will spearhead and support your team to excel in their roles. You will champion workplace safety by implementing and promoting the highest standards across all activities. Your key responsibilities include planning and coordinating work, sharing expertise to aid complex diagnostics and failure analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Trade-qualified diesel fitter with significant post-trade and leadership experience.
  • Experience in similar roles within the mining, mining services, and heavy earthmoving industries.
  • Proven mechanical diagnostic skills and leadership abilities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Well-developed planning, time management, and scheduling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven computer skills.
