Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at the Cotton On Group's Global Wellness Centre. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs that promote overall well-being and motivate our team members to reach their health goals.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal training, with a Certificate 3 and 4 in qualified personal training and experience working in a similar role. You will be responsible for executing our Wellness Club's operating procedures, administering programming and digital scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly motivated, driven, and committed to helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality fitness programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Execute Wellness Club operating procedures, administer programming, and manage digital scheduling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A Certificate 3 and 4 in qualified personal trainingExperience working in a similar personal trainer/wellness trainer roleFirst Aid and CPR certificationHighly motivated and drivenStrong planning, organisational, and time management skillsExperience helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goalsYour own ABN (or ability to obtain one)Personal Liability insurance up to dateAbout Us
