This role is an exciting opportunity to facilitate the flow of products through our inbound/outbound processing pipeline. You'll work closely with operational departments, liaising with customer experience teams to ensure seamless communication with buyers and sellers.

The operations team manages our global distribution network, responsible for fulfilling orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers. As a Warehouse Logistics and Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in forging lasting relationships with our millions of customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound shipments from various couriers, preparing orders for shipment by assigning shipping labels and vital packaging.
  • Handling and resolving issues with inventory coming from our Seller to the Authenticator, coordinating with relevant partners.
  • Identifying process improvements and implementing efficiencies to enhance overall productivity.
  • Investigating missing or wrong information between eBay and our Partner, which is holding up our Partner's ability to process transactions.
  • Researching and tracking shipping issues (e.g., No tracking number/shipping query etc.).
  • Communicating with Buyers and Sellers on behalf of the eBay stakeholder to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish, liaising with internal team members to ensure positive outcomes for customers.
  • Maintaining a clean work area to protect merchandise from damage.

You'll be responsible for supporting other areas across the business as needed. This role requires a strong bias for action, with the ability to make things happen quickly and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets/MS Office.
  • Prior experience processing and handling outbound parcel shipments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing dynamics.
  • A quick learner, self-starter, able to work independently, and handle increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer focus in various situations.
  • Passion for handbags, sneakers, technology, and helping others succeed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25kg.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

As a Warehouse Logistics and Customer Service Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
