Job Overview
- As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to residents in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately, maintaining accurate records of medication administration.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly observe and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in their health status.
- Wound Care: Provide basic wound care and dressings for minor wounds.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct thorough health assessments and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, compassionate, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
