Childcare Traineeship Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Certificate 3 Traineeship at one of our early learning centres. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in childcare and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to study and dedicated to learning through experience, with the support of our experienced team throughout their traineeship. They will also need to be able to work effectively within a team environment and possess strong written and spoken communication skills.

Job Description

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in childcare while working with a highly motivated and passionate team. You will be supported and mentored by your team throughout your traineeship, with opportunities for ongoing employment on completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
  • The ability to commit to a 12-month traineeship
  • A genuine interest in a long-term career working with children and families
  • Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
