Self Storage Specialist

This role is an exciting and varied opportunity to work in a dynamic self-storage environment. As a Self Storage Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting customers in making informed storage decisions, and contributing to the success of our centres.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Conducting centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase facilities
- Assisting centres achieve operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining centre presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Actioning arrears management steps
- Completing general administration duties
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sales and customer service orientation
- A passion for delivering exceptional results
- A motivated, proactive, and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Strong administration skills
- A driver's license and car to travel to different locations
