Norco is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join its electrical team at a Lismore ice cream factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative and corrective electrical maintenance, as well as troubleshooting programming and control faults.

The role involves working in a team of electricians and mechanical fitters, and may require assisting with mechanical work from time to time. Applicants should possess strong skills in industrial electrical installations and maintenance, as well as experience in safety protocols and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-faceted team environment and possess excellent communication skills. They should also be available for shiftwork, including night and weekend shifts, and overtime.

A current NSW Electrical Licence or equivalent is required, as well as experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, VSD's, HMI's, ASi systems, and SCADA systems (Ignition). Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test.
