Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Estimator who offers a positive work ethic and a can-do attitude in all that they do. As an expert in developing spreadsheets & documents and estimation of construction projects into the Commercial market, you will assist our trusted sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Quoting of commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of both building codes and associated standards, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Read and interpret building codes and apply associated standards appropriately, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Continually expand your knowledge of products and provide appropriate product information to our customers, driving sales and growth.
- Track customer requests & proposals in some form of spreadsheet, ensuring seamless communication and project management.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience, ideally into the commercial market. They will also possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 2 years construction experience in estimation, with a strong understanding of commercial construction projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport and foster strong business relationships.
- Autonomous and hard working, with a strong practical knowledge and exceptional attention to detail in every aspect of their role.
