  • We are looking for someone with solid experience in designing and deploying state-of-the-art models in the combination of NLP and CV related areas.
  • Key responsibilities include building industry-leading content safety systems, developing highly-scalable classifiers, and understanding product objectives to improve trust and safety strategy.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to protect TikTok globally and collaborate with data analysts to understand and find data patterns.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more areas: machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, Audio, content understanding, or participating in large-scale online machine learning platforms.
  • Proficiency in pre-training foundation technologies, including efficient training and pre-training as a service, downstream applications of NLP/CV/Video.
  • Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and programming languages like Python or Java.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, be passionate about learning new techniques, and taking on challenging problems.
  • Published papers in top AI conferences or journals is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, and a chance to be part of a dynamic and inclusive team at TikTok.
