Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Operator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment while working closely with our customers.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for installing and assisting in the installation of post and panel signs, window and wall graphics, and other signage materials. You will also maintain machinery, greet customers, and answer phones in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize an X-Acto knife and ruler efficiently in sign production.
  • Operate a vertical panel saw using standard safety procedures.
  • Maintain machinery in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering phones professionally.
  • Accurately fill in sign layout forms, price estimates, and invoices.
  • Travel to different locations within the community to preview work areas, give estimates, and install various types of signs.
  • Manage inventory and supplies effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have experience working with machinery and tools. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
