Christmas Sales Associate Opportunity

Prouds Jewellers is seeking a Christmas Sales Associate to join our team in the lead up to and during the holiday season. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering professional and personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

What We Offer:

  • Adults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $32.18 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on your own and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.
  • Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
