About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Lake Munmorah Early Learning Centre. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with growth opportunities and contribute to delivering a high-quality program for preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and evaluating programs for children aged 3– 5 years in an Early Learning Centre
  • Work with the Director to ensure compliance with relevant law, regulations and National Quality Framework
  • Provide a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for children
  • Build strong and effective relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma or a Cert III in Children Services
  • Have a current Working with Children Clearance
  • Completed CHCPRT025 'Identify and report children and young people at risk'
  • Experience working in Children Services, particularly with children aged 3-5
  • Completed or willing to complete Safe Food Handling training
  • Have or will complete before starting a First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
