Job Title: Senior Healthcare Professional

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Offering guidance and support to Care Companions and Household Coordinators.
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, following all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical expertise and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Effective coaching/training skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills combined with high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills.
