The Australian Government offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple fields through its graduate program.
We are looking for collaborative individuals who thrive in team environments and are keen to contribute to shaping an Australian Government that meets the needs of all Australians.

The program consists of:
- Two/three work rotations to experience diverse roles and responsibilities
- A 12-month training and development program with targeted learning opportunities
- Development activities, formal training, on-the-job learning, and networking
As a STEM graduate, you will be invited to exclusive events and networking opportunities.
You'll have the opportunity to nominate your preferred placement when you apply.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be an Australian citizen
- Have completed a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years in a STEM field
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Successful applicants will be matched with a suitable position in a participating department or agency.
