Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to take on the role of Assistant Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key financials, developing partnerships with the local community, maintaining a Quality Improvement Plan, and demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to enhance centre performance through proactive financial management and team leadership.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and staff.
  • Qualifications: Recognised qualification in early childhood education or equivalent.
  • Other Requirements: Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid qualifications, Child Protection Training, Red Nose (SIDS) Training, and experience using Qikkids software is advantageous but not essential.
