Chef de Partie is a pivotal position in our catering operations. The role requires an individual to oversee the preparation and cooking of meals for Business and Economy Class passengers across multiple airlines.
- Manage team productivity to meet daily flight schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality food.
- Collaborate with Sous and Exec Sous chefs to plan and execute meal preparations for each flight.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Oversee meal preparation and cooking in commercial quantities, meeting demanding timelines and quality expectations.
- Implement effective stock control measures to minimize food wastage and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial kitchen management.
- Passion and drive to deliver exceptional food quality, exceeding passenger expectations.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, adapting to changing flight schedules and operational demands.
