Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our centre in delivering high-quality education and care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the centre's operations and outcomes;
  • Leading and managing a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education services;
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff;

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent);
  • Significant experience in leadership and management roles within early childhood education and care settings;
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff development and leadership;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Working With Children Check clearance;
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia;
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks;
  • Able to develop and implement quality improvement plans;
