Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer experiences in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team to achieve sales growth and engagement targets
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to maintain high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance
  • Support team development through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
  • Engage with local community groups through our local matters program

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality/entertainment venues (QSRs, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas). You should have proven expertise in leading high-performing teams, strong analytical skills, and a track record of driving sales growth.
