We are a multidisciplinary team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists, and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors.

Our team of over 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, and the ACT.

The Opportunity

This role is an integral part of our engineering team, where you will take on Project Manager responsibilities through the construction phase of project delivery.

  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including authorities, developers, clients, and contractors.
  • Oversight of all matters relating to budget, resources, project health, and project planning.
  • Oversee contractors' compliance on the construction project, focusing on quality, environmental, and safety systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve client queries and design challenges.
About You

You are an experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record of successfully delivering land development projects and/or teams.

  • Extensive site-based experience in construction administration within land development or infrastructure projects.
  • Exposure to engineering design and a solid understanding of the design process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors to achieve great results in a complex project environment.
  • Keen interest in ongoing professional development, desire to learn new skills, and drive to continue to challenge yourself.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management are highly regarded.
