We seek a skilled Medical Device Software Developer to join our team in Rydalmere. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing software for medical devices, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops software for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  • Participates in design reviews, code reviews, and system documentation.
  • Improve processes to enable more effective or efficient accomplishment of individual and team objectives.
  • Leads design reviews at the project level.
  • Independently plans and manages own work activities to department objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline combined with substantial proven hands-on work experience in the field.
  • Expert knowledge within the software engineering technical discipline.
  • Expert level of coding skills in C, C++, and Python.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of object-oriented design.
  • Working knowledge and skills in software development tools - version control, issue management, and CI/CD processes.
  • Able to consistently apply complex analytical methods.
  • Strong focus on achieving goals within set timelines.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written form.
  • Good PC skills in MS Office applications.
