About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure compliance and facility management.
  • Act as an ambassador for safety and promote safe working practices across the site.
  • Manage maintenance-related purchase orders and inventory to ensure smooth facility operation.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all facility systems, including power distribution and automated material handling equipment.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels of the organization.

A Day in the Life

In every shift, you will lead a team to ensure everyone has the equipment they need and that it's running properly. This involves monitoring processes to follow regulations and policies, and ensuring Preventive Maintenance is carried out to increase equipment uptime.

About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team keeps our equipment performing at its best. We work together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.

Requirements

  • Formal trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter/Turner or Electrician with a current electrical trade license.
  • Leadership experience in supervising multi-trade teams in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution center environment.
  • Mentoring and developing technicians.
  • Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments.
  • Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
  • Contractor management experience.
