Procurement Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and service strategies to deliver excellence to Suppliers.
Role PurposeThe Procurement Liaison Specialist position is key to delivering overall business objectives and supporting with transactional account requests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to deliver excellence to Suppliers.
- Support with transactional account requests.
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment;
- Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite;
- Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable);
- Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.
- 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role;
- Previous experience using CRM systems;
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.
- Prior experience with account reconciliation in a service environment where a high level of accuracy is highly desirable.
- Completion of Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
