About You- We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our multidisciplinary team in Tasmania's largest Private Health Rehabilitation Unit
As a skilled nurse, you will play an integral role in providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care using highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and provide expert consultation, liaison, and care provision across a continuum of care
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and risk management
- Engage in ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- A registered nurse with a minimum of 12 months' experience
- AHPRA registration
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care, aged care, or hospital setting
- Ability to work efficiently and organized during periods of high demand
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
