Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annumJob Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager, Civil to join our Transport team in Darwin. As a trusted partner to clients in the Northern Territory, you'll develop a deep understanding of their challenges and co-create solutions that make a real difference.

The work we do is vital to developing the region. Our people's technical expertise and knowledge are what set us apart. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
  • Overseeing projects from concept design through to handover, managing varying scopes of works.
  • Ensuring quality, health, safety, and risk management on all projects.
  • Supporting multiple concurrent projects across their entire life cycle.

You'll be responsible for reporting to the Principal on project status, progress, and completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An excellent understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Consultancy project management experience, particularly in Civil Transport or Land Development.
  • Qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
