Quality Assurance Expert

Requirements:

  • RG146 accreditation and experience in the financial services industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience, relationship-building skills, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service or Contact Centre experience.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role within financial services.
