This role offers a unique opportunity to work with customers who have experienced major life events, requiring empathy, communication, and resilience. Your goal will be to find ways to remove barriers and allow injured persons to take the lead in their recovery process.

  • Experience in effectively dealing with customers and empathy to diffuse difficult situations.
  • 2-3 years' experience in CTP or equivalent personal injury claims in the insurance industry, independently managing complex injury claims.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A drive for results and outcome-focused.
  • Basic computer skills – ability to troubleshoot.
