About the RoleThe successful candidate will have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment and will possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will also develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
