Engineering Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Engineering teacher to join our school community at Sunshine Beach State High School. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging Engineering lessons to students in Years 7-12
• Design and implement innovative curriculum programs to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a vibrant learning environment and promote a strong sense of collegiality
• Contribute to the development of school programs and initiatives that enrich learning experiences
• Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and achievement

Requirements:

• Relevant teaching qualification and current full registration as a teacher in Queensland
• Exemption card issued by Blue Card Services (for teachers working in Education and Care Services)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to student success
