We are seeking a Central Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the frontline ambassador of the 99 Bikes experience, you will drive customer loyalty and sales growth across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for converting sales opportunities, recommending products and services, and providing excellent customer service via phone, live chat, and email.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer service or helpdesk role, with a sales opportunity-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Converting sales opportunities into sales through various channels
- Providing product recommendations and support via phone, live chat, and email
- Working closely with 99 Bikes stores to resolve customer queries and issues
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
