Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of food items
• Cooking meals for patients and small gatherings
• Overseeing kitchen staff
• Providing outstanding customer service to staff, clients, and patients
• Exhibiting effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or over 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with the IDDIS framework
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
