Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
At NetApp, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the success of our SFDC CRM application, and you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding support services to our sales users and partner community worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support for our CRM system, including lead management, contact management, user management, account management, opportunity management, forecasting, and admin/configuration changes.
- Perform problem analysis and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
- Meet Quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively improve the sales user experience.
- Analyze and report support metrics, and engage business program managers and technical resources when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with salesforce.com administration, including security/visibility model and user administration.
- Good understanding of sales processes and sales systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/5 model, covering APAC, EMEA, and US business, and work in shifts as assigned by the lead/manager.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - Required.
- Minimum of two years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool - Required.
- Minimum of two years enterprise experience in Sales Processes/Incident (Case) Management - Preferred.
